Sherrell Barkley Williams
Sherrell Williams is the CEO of BWC with over 20 years of work experience in the Training and Development industry. Ms. Williams has both led and managed training teams for single and/or dual training platforms for both systems and soft skills training events. She has an extensive background in managing teams, designing, implementing, and delivering both instructor-led and Web-based training curricula. Complimenting her training and development experience, she also brings experience in Organizational Change Management. She has also been responsible for leading and or facilitating focus groups, pilot tests, and stakeholder meetings. Ms. Williams has training and development experience in both the private and public sectors working with federal, state, and local government agencies. Ms. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Studies and a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Development both from the University of Maryland.

Training & Development
The primary objective of our custom training design and development services is to design and develop the best content that meets the needs of your adult learners in a training environment. The methodology we use to create that depth of focus is called ADDIE, a five-phase instructional design model that has been field-tested and proven in a wide variety of circumstances. ADDIE allows BWC to design custom training programs, identifying needs at the department, project team, or even individual levels

Classroom Training Design
BWC designs Instructor-led training solutions that incorporate effective learning strategies for a variety of global audiences. There are several ways you can work with BWC if you have a need for instructor-led training design and/or facilitation. We work with you to develop your own Instructor-Led Training courses. In these instances, clients can choose to have us train their internal trainers to deliver the program, or we can provide one of our master trainers.
